A Royal Air Force Voyager tanker refuels Tornado GR.4 strike aircraft from RAF Akrotiri, Cyprus en route to a humanitarian mission over Iraq. The Voyager is the RAF’s newest tanker aircraft, based on the Airbus A330. RAF, U.S. Air Force, and Royal Australian Air Force aircraft air dropped food, water, and other supplies on the besieged town of Amirli, which has since been relieved by Iraqi other forces.
