This video of an AH-64 Apache crash in Afghanistan is the real thing. Apparently it was taken Feb. 8, 2012 at a combat outpost near Marzak in Paktika province, Afghanistan. Amazingly, no one was killed or even seriously injured. DoD confirms that the crash remains under investigation. Wings, whether they’re fixed or rotary, just don’t have as much bite in that high altitude mountain air.
