First flight of ZM135, airframe BH-1, a British F-35B and the first international Lightning II, on April 13, 2012, flown by Lockheed Martin test pilot Bill "Giggs" Gigliotti. The U.K. officially took ownership of ZM135 at a ceremony in Fort Worth, Texas, on July 19, 2012. ZM135 will be used for operational testing and evaluation at Eglin AFB, Fla.
